Autumn in the Tetons
Tetons
Mid-September brings the first signs of autumn to the Snake River in Grand Teton National Park. Golden aspens and changing willows brighten the riverbank, contrasting with the deep evergreen forest as layers of mountains fade into the distance. It’s a brief season in the Tetons, when summer begins to give way to the colors of fall.
