Frequently asked
Questions, answered.
How long does an order take?
Orders typically take about a week to process and ship. You'll receive email updates about your order every step along the way
What paper do you print on?
We use premium, archival materials in all of our products to ensure your piece lasts for years to come. Check out the section below on information on caring for your print.
Are prints signed or numbered?
Every print is signed by hand before it ships. Photos offered as a limited edition are also numbered against their stated edition size — you'll see "Edition of N" on that photo's page. Everything else is an open edition, so the signature is the only mark you'll find on those.
How are prints packaged?
Placeholder answer about rigid packaging, interleaving tissue, and how larger sizes travel.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently only able to ship within the United States.
What is your returns policy?
Because every print is made to order for you, we can't offer a no-questions-asked full refund. Let us know within two weeks of delivery if you'd like to return a piece, and we'll refund the price of the print — less return shipping and a 25% restocking fee — once it's back with us in resalable condition. Requests made after two weeks are issued as store credit toward a future order instead of a refund.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery through the contact page, and hold onto the original packaging in case we need it. We'll get a replacement produced and on its way to you at no charge.
Can I commission a specific image or size?
Yes! Please reach out to us for more information on commissions and custom sizes and we'll work with you to bring your vision to life.
How should I care for a print?
With proper care, your print can be enjoyed for years to come. Each print medium has its own care requirements: Traditional Photo Prints: Handle your print by its edges to avoid fingerprints, oils, and scratches on the image surface. For the best protection, we recommend displaying your print in a quality frame with UV-protective glass or acrylic. Avoid placing your print in direct sunlight or areas with excessive heat, humidity, or temperature fluctuations. If your print is unframed, store it flat in an archival-quality sleeve or portfolio until you're ready to display it. Metal Prints: Metal prints are durable and easy to maintain. To remove dust, gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft microfiber cloth. For fingerprints or smudges, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth and dry the surface immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners, paper towels, and harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. While metal prints are moisture-resistant, we recommend displaying them indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight to preserve their color and finish. Canvas Prints: Keep your canvas looking its best by gently removing dust with a clean, dry, soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Avoid using water, cleaning solutions, or abrasive materials on the canvas surface, as these may damage the image or protective coating. Canvas prints should be displayed in a dry, climate-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and heat sources. Avoid pressing against the canvas or placing objects against its surface, as this can cause stretching or permanent damage. A Final Note: Regardless of the medium you choose, thoughtful placement and gentle handling will go a long way toward preserving your print. As stated above, we recommend displaying all artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight and maintaining a stable indoor environment to help ensure your print remains a beautiful part of your home for years to come.
